History

Ridgeline Logistics went live on May 1, 2012. It is a Veteran Owned Limited Liability Company and a forthcoming leader in the 3PL industry. Its founder, Fyke Fisher M.B.A., holds the title of CEO and President of the company.  His 10 years of various logistics expertise guide Ridgeline Logistics to more innovative and synergistic solutions.  Ridgeline Logistics will quickly become one of the top 3PL providers in the Southeastern United States as their stellar reputation continues to spread.

The Ridgeline model is comprised of a multi-logistical approach to the movement of goods and it will be this approach that will foster new and innovative solutions for our customers.

Our word is our lifeline. When we commit, we get the job done. There is no justification in failing. We offer our insight in regards to internal warehouse processes as well as external transportation solutions. In doing so, we exceed our customer expectations. Bottom Line – We save our clients time and money.

Locations

The Ridgeline organization boasts sales offices and dispatch/brokerage divisions in both Tennessee and Florida, allowing for international expansion. Our corporate office is based at Ridgeline Logistics LLC 535 Chestnut St Suite 216 Chattanooga, TN 37402. Our other facility is located at Ridgeline Logistics 6821 Southpoint Drive N Suite 229 Jacksonville, FL 32216.

Management

The members of the Ridgeline Executive team all share the same passion for the logistics industry and will stop at nothing until they dominate and revolutionize it.  It is a friendship along with a belief system that they share.  They are constantly challenging each other and compete for new and better ways of doing business. Persistently reaching for improvement is what fuels them.

Fyke served as a Logistics Analyst in The United States Air Force where he completed his degrees in Business and Logistics. After separating with honor he went back to school to complete his M.B.A. He completed this in one year at Middle Tennessee University and went on to become the Warehouse Process Lead for a Fortune 500 company. He then decided to try the brokerage side of Logistics where he met Jonathan DeFau – Vice President and Garrett Tardif – C.O.O. in Jacksonville, FL.

Jonathan has held multiple leadership positions and has maintained numerous customer relationships. Not only has he demonstrated superior performance in the Logistics Industry, but on the Rugby field as well. As a player for the Jacksonville Axemen, he exemplifies the “Dominate Life” mentality and does not let failure become an option. His years in the industry have provided him with a great understanding of the logistic processes, but his goal driven passion for success and excellence is what ensures our customers’ satisfaction.
Jonathan DeFau – Vice President

Barry attended the University of Tennessee where he earned two B.S. degrees in Business Administration with a focus in Logistics & Transportation and Accounting. After working for two Fortune 500 companies in logistical roles, Barry enlisted into the United States Marine Corps where he served in the Infantry with 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, Weapons Company. Upon his honorable discharge in 2006, Barry returned to logistics as a warehouse manager utilizing leadership skills learned in the Marine Corps. Looking for a new challenge, Barry joined Ridgeline Logistics in 2012 with the goal of helping move the company forward to success in the 3rd Party Logistics industry.

Pepci graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Business Management and Administration. After graduating, he sought a career in Logistics
where he began his work in Carrier Sales with a multi-million dollar company.  Through years of experience and dedication, he has been able to acquire vast knowledge of the transportation industry. He prides himself with a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service.
